Syrian-Jordanian joint free zone activate trade movement and insures requirements of local production process

The Syrian-Jordanian joint free zone administration has adopted several procedures to reactivate the work and the return of the investment facilities to service.

 

According to the Director General of the Syrian-Jordanian Joint Free Zone, Dr. Arfan al-Khadawneh, the procedures taken by  administration have  included the electronic connection between the Syrian and Jordanian customs, and several needed measures, in addition to completing infrastructure work, such as securing electricity, communications, water, and others.

 

Al-Khadawneh pointed out, in a statement to SANA the important role of free zone in the field of moving the wheel of trade between the two countries, particularly in regard to transportation, shipment and transit.
