Rector of al-Baath University Dr. Abdul Baset al-Khatib discussed on Tuesday with a
Russian delegation representing Moscow State University of Technology (STANKIN), headed by Dr. Popova Nadezhta Yulevna, Rector of the Center for International Cooperation at StANKIN University (MSTU “STANKIN”),mechanisms of joint cooperation between the two universities through implementation of the previously signed agreement between the two sides.
This came within the activities of the joint Syrian-Russian meeting to follow up the work of the international conference on the return of Syrian refugees.
Dr. al-Khatib stressed the importance of the visit in developing the scientific and cultural relations between Syria and Russia, and in enhancing the joint scientific cooperation in the fields of exchanging students and visiting professors, and conducting joint scientific research with Russia.
