Syrian-Russian talks on diplomatic cooperation

Syria’s Ambassador in Russia, Dr. Riad Haddad discussed Wednesday with Director of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Alexander Yakovenko, means of bilateral diplomatic cooperation and training.

Haddad thanked Yakovenko for the efforts exerted to make the joint cooperation plan successful with the Diplomatic Institute at the Syrian Foreign and Expatriates Ministry.

Haddad hailed the high level of traning provided by the Russian Academy in qualifying the diplomatic cadres, whose results are reflected in the outstanding performance of Russian diplomacy in the face of political and media campaigns against it.

In turn, Ambassador Yakovenko voiced his country’s willingness to enhance cooperation with the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry based on the partnership relations that bind the two friendly countries through exchanging delegations of both sides and holding training courses to serve the interest of the two countries.
