Syria’s volleyball team loses to its Palestinian counterpart in West Asian U-20 Volleyball Championship

Riyadh, SANA- The Syrian U-20 volleyball team lost to its Palestinian counterpart by three rounds to two in its fourth match in the West Asian U-20 Championship, being held in Saudi Arabia.

The Syrian team advanced in the first and second legs by /25/ 20/ and //25/13 then the Palestinian team won the third and fourth rounds with a score of /25/21/ and /25/18/ and the final result was decided in a decisive fifth round as the Palestinian national team won /15 /13/.

The Syrian team lost its first match to the Saudi team in three rounds to zero, beat the Qatari team in the second round with three rounds to two, and lost in the third match to the Kuwaiti team in two rounds.
