Temperatures to rise in most regions, skies clear

Temperatures continue to rise to become above average in most regions as the country is affected by high pressure in all parts of the atmosphere.

The Meteorological Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the weather will be clear in general, waring against frost and fog in most regions during the night.

The Wind will be eastern to southeastern with a low to moderate speed and it will be active in the coastal region, while the sea waves will be low in height.

Over the past hours, different amounts of rainfalls have been registered in some provinces, heaviest of which in Lattakia 38 mm, Quneitra 4 mm and Tartous 3mm.

The expected temperatures in some Syrian cites will be as follows: Damascus 14/4, Daraa 15/5, Homs 15/4, Hasaka 16/1, Tartous 18/12, Aleppo 14/5, Deir Ezzor 16/6.
