– The deputy governor of Basra, Hassan Dhaher Al-Najjar, discussed with Dr. Hayati, the deputy governor of Khuzestan, the progress of the grouping plan and addressing the negative points that hinder the plan of the Arbaeen pilgrims of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, who came from Iran through the Shalamcheh border crossing.
He conducted a field tour at the Shalamcheh port, accompanied by Brigadier Habib Kadhim Al-Ali, director of the port, in which he met the Pligrims and the owners of the Husseiniya processions, as well as the employees and workers at the port.
