The world celebrates, today, the International Volunteer Day. On this occasion, I would like to salute and express appreciation for those who dedicate part of their time and life to assisting others without expecting anything in return.
The efforts of volunteers have become fundamental to the development of societies. The efforts of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and volunteers are indispensable to governments in the process of economic and social development.
On this occasion, I commend the young volunteers in our mega project, the Decent Life Initiative. Their efforts complement the elements of success for a better and brighter future.
