Karbala, The Governor of Holy Karbala, Nassif Al-Khattabi, discussed with the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq for Political Affairs and Elections Assistance, Cladio Cordone, ways of joint cooperation.
During the meeting, they discussed the support provided by the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), in the relevant international files and issues, especially the holy Karbala governorate, as it is a global city whose importance exceeded its geographical borders, as it receives millions of visitors annually from different nationalities of the world.
