Tourism and Antiquities Minister Ahmed Issa said on Monday 27/3/2023 that the archaeological mission working in the Saqqara antiquities area succeeded in unveiling a new archaeological discovery.

The discovery consists of two statues dates back to the Ancient Family era, Issa added, explaining that Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities Dr Moustafa Waziri went to Saqqara to follow up on the new archaeological discovery.
