Tourism ministry participates in IMEX int’l exhibition in Germany

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, represented by the Egyptian Tourist Authority, participates in the 21st edition of IMEX, a worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events, which kicked off on Tuesday and is set to run until June 2 in Frankfurt, Germany.

According to a press release by the ministry, Mohamed Farag, the tourist attache at the Egyptian Tourist Office in Berlin, opened the Egyptian pavilion at the exhibition, pointing out that the authority’s pavilion is set up on an area of 100 m2, in which a number of the Egyptian tourism companies and hotels specialized in the incentive travel are participating in addition to EgyptAir company.

Farag held a number of business meetings with a number of officials and representatives of international companies specialized in the incentive travel and meetings from the UK, the USA and Canada and others from Arab and European countries.

More meetings will be held during the exhibition with other specialized companies and representatives of German and international media outlets, according to Farag.
