NABLUS: Two Palestinian citizens were Thursday dawn injured by bullets fired by the occupation forces during confrontations in Balata camp, east of Nablus.

The Director of the Ambulance and Emergency Center at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, Ahmed Jibril, said that the PRC crews dealt with two citizens who were injured by live bullets in Balata Camp, noting that one was shot in the back, and the other in the hand, adding they were transported to the hospital for treatment.

Local sources said that a number of occupation jeeps stormed the camp at dawn today, where confrontations took place inside, leading to the injury of local residents.

The sources added that the occupation forces raided a number of homes during the storming of the camp and searched them.
