President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, said that the UAE and Jordan are partners in achieving stability, sustainable development and regional prosperity. “Today I had the pleasure of meeting His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan to explore ways to build upon the strong and historic ties between our two nations and people. The UAE and Jordan will continue working together in pursuit of sustainable economic growth and regional stability,” Sheikh Mohammed said in a tweet posted Wednesday on his official Twitter account.
