SHARJAH: The UAE raised its tally to 19 gold medals, 14 silver medals, and 19 bronze medals, in the Fourth ‘West Asia Para Games’ to 52 medals, hosted by Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled in Sharjah.

Iraq came in second place with 38 coloured medals, 17 gold medals, 14 silver medals, and 7 bronze medals.

The Saudi team won 31 medals, 11 gold medals, 14 silver medals, and 6 bronze medals. The Bahraini team won 18 coloured medals, 7 of which are gold medals. The Omani team won 21 coloured medals, 5 of which are gold, 10 silver, and 6 bronze medals.

The Jordanian team won 8 coloured medals, 5 gold, 2 silver, and a bronze. The Syrian team won 8 coloured medals, 4 gold, one silver, and 3 bronze. The Qatari team won 7 coloured medals, 4 silver and 3 bronze, and the Lebanese team won one silver medal.
