Amman: A total of 7.4 billion securities were registered at Jordan Securities Depository Center (SDC) during last February, with a total value of nearly JD22 billion.

Jordanians’ ownership amounted to approximately 5 billion securities, with a total value of about JD11.7 billion, while top ten non-Jordanian nationalities owned approximately 1.6bln securities, worth about JD8.1 billion, according to a SDC statement.

Saudis ranked first in terms of foreign investments, with about JD1.2 billion with a total of 436 million securities at end of last February, the statement said.
