RAMALLAH: Weather today in Palestine is cloudy and rainy with a significant drop in temperature as the country is affected by a low-pressure front, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Rain and thunderstorms are expected in most of the country.

Winds are southwesterly to westerly, active and strong at times, and sea waves are high.

The low-pressure front is expected to continue on Wednesday, further bringing down the temperature, and bringing along rain and thunderstorms are expected in most of the country.

Rain is expeced on most areas on Thursday as the low-pressure front starts to fade away, bringing along partially cloudy conditions.

A new low-pressure front is expected to affect the country on Friday, and temperature is expected to significantly drop as rain is expected on most areas.

The PMD warned citizens against the risk of flash floods and flooding in valleys and low-lying areas, as well as about the danger of slippery roads and reduced visibility.
