102 new coronavirus cases, 94 recoveries and 5 deaths were registered in Syria on Tuesday, according to the Health Ministry.
A statement by the Ministry showed that the total number of the coronavirus cases recorded in Syria has reached up to 48, 170, of which 29, 172 have recovered, while the deaths have amounted to 2,749.
The first coronavirus case was detected in Syria on March last year in a person who arrived from abroad, and the first fatality was reported a week later.
