GAZA: Israeli occupation forces committed 19 massacres during the past 24 hours across the Gaza Strip resulting in 183 civilian fatalities and 377 injuries, including women and children, medical sources have confirmed.
The latest figures bring the Palestinian death toll since the outbreak of the Israeli war of genocide on Gaza in October to 26,083, with 64,487 individuals wounded, according to the sources.
A significant number of those killed or injured are still trapped under the rubble and scattered on the roads, the sources said, as Israeli occupation forces are preventing the arrival of ambulance and civil defense crews to provide assistance in many of the areas targeted, especially in the southern province of Khan Yunis.
Meantime, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that a number of civilians were injured as a result of Israeli tank shells fired around the Al-Amal Hospital, affiliated with the society, in Khan Yunis.
The Red Crescent emphasized that its teams have been unable to reach the injured s
o far, adding that the targeting of the hospital’s main gate by the invading Israeli army led to shrapnel scattering inside the hospital.
