ABU DHABI, Ninety-eight judicial officers from four government agencies in Abu Dhabi were sworn in before Ali Mohammed Alblooshi, Attorney-General of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, ahead of commencing their duties concerning administrative offences and violations that fall within their jurisdiction and their competence following the legislation and regulations in force.

The swearing-in ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD).

The officers represent four governmental agencies: the Department of Culture and Tourism, the Department of Economic Development, the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council, and the Department of Municipalities and Transport.

On this occasion, Alblooshi said that the decision to grant the judicial capacity officer to the inspectors is in line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Presidential Court and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, to boost the competitiveness of the Emirate.

He pointed out that qualifying and training candidates to obtain the status of judicial officers is among ADJD priorities aimed at achieving justice and ensuring the proper application of procedures in the service sectors.
