Administrative Reform Conference concludes activities, calls for finding and effective administrations

Damascus-Over the course of ten days, participants in the Administrative Reform Conference, which was held under the slogan of “effective management towards dynamic institutions,” discussed the common problems among ministries at the level of the organizational structure and human resources and means to address them according to a common national vision to build more vital departments and institutions capable of performing their official and administrative functions.

 

 

 

The administrative reform project was launched in mid-2017 as a national project based on the thought of President Bashar al-Assad and his aspiration to develop the administrative performance and institutional work of ministries, public bodies and institutions in the next stage.

 

Participants in the conference affirmed the importance of presenting the results of the administrative reform project and approving the structure of the institutions to create an effective administration that is characterized by accuracy and speed of implementation and the development of the administrative system on the basis of a realistic scientific methodology based on efficiency and quality.
