Al-Sudani said during his meeting with the security leaders in Diyala: “the one who does not have the ability to assume responsibility should not be a cause of people’s bloodshed.”
He added: “The security services must provide clear answers for each crime, and there is no loose end, and the security services must identify the criminal and the party, whatever it is.”
