The Israeli occupation forces continue to close all the checkpoints surrounding occupied Jerusalem and across the entire West Bank for the third day in a row making the movement of people very difficult.The occupation forces continued to close the main Qalandia checkpoints linking the northern West Bank to Jerusalem where four Palestinians were shot and killed by Israeli soldiers last night, as well as all Bethlehem checkpoints linking the southern West Bank to Jerusalem.The Shufat refugee camp, Beit Iksa, and al-Jib checkpoints around Jerusalem also remain closed for the third day obstructing the movement of Palestinians.Local sources said the occupation forces obstructed entry of Palestinians into Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem since the morning hours, allowing only elderly people to enter the mosque, as well as Jewish fanatics who enter it almost every morning under heavy police protection.It is noteworthy that the occupation forces imposed a comprehensive closure on the West Bank since the attacks starte
d on the Gaza Strip on Saturday.
