HEBRON: Israeli colonists Sunday evening attacked a number of Palestinian citizens, beating and shooting them, in Masafer Yatta, south of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron.
Local sources said that the colonists opened fire on citizens’ vehicles in the Shaab Al-Batn area in Masafer Yatta, which resulted in a vehicle being directly hit by a number of bullets, but its passengers weren’t injured.
They added that the colonists assaulted two youths while they were on their way to their homes, causing them to suffer bruises and wounds.
The sources pointed out that the people have fears that the colonists will commit new massacres due to heir continuous attacks of demolishing homes, shooting bullets at citizens in all communities, and persecuting farmers and sheep herders.
