The Ministry of Education launched the 3rd national project for reading (2022-2023) under the auspices of Education Minister Reda Hegazy to raise awareness about the importance of reading and innovation.
This came during a meeting held at the ministry on Tuesday via video conference with library and education officials to prepare for the event.
The project aims at improving reading by making it a priority in the society to achieve knowledge sustainability, the ministry said.
It also aims at enriching the cultural environment at schools, the ministry added.
