Head of the Egyptian Commercial Service (ECS) Yahya el Wathik Bellah Ahmed said on Saturday 12/03/2022 that the Trade and Industry Ministry mulls hosting the intra-COMESA trade fair in October.

During a meeting with the coordinating committee tasked with implementing the executive plan of Egypt’s vision during its presidency of the COMESA this year, Ahmed said the fair will be attended by representatives of the bloc’s member states, as well as other Egyptian and African companies.

A business forum is expected to be held in coincidence with the trade fair with the participation of the private sector in Egypt and African countries, he noted.
