State Minister of Military Production Mohamed Salah el Din issued a decision Tuesday appointing Emil Helmy Elias as the Vice President and Managing Director of the National Authority for Military Production.
Salah El Din worked previously as the Vice President of the National Authority for Military Production but was appointed as Military Production Minister as part of a cabinet reshuffle, which was approved by the Parliament on August 13.
Helmy is a graduate of Military Technical College with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He also obtained a masters degree from the Military Technical College.
Helmy also held several leading posts, including the board chairman of Abu Zaabal Company for Engineering Industries.
