The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission said the names of the fifth batch of Palestinian detainees who are scheduled for release from Israeli jails tonight as part of the Gaza-truce swap deal were released.

The list includes 15 women and 15 male teenage detainees.

A four-day humanitarian truce entered into force on Friday, November 24 at 7:00 AM, following brutal Israeli aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7, which left over 15,000 civilians killed, including 6150 children and over 4,000 women, and more than 36,0000 wounded.

The truce was extended for an additional two days on Monday, Qatar confirmed.
