Israeli occupation forces today opened fire at Palestinians attending to their lands east of the city of Khan Younis, in the south of the Gaza Strip, according to WAFA correspondent. He said the shooting forced the farmers to stop work on their land and leave it to avoid being injured or killed. Opening fire at Gaza farmers working in their lands near the border fence with Israel is an almost daily occurrence. Often, the Israeli army infiltrates the Gaza borders with its heavy machinery and level land for hundreds of meters inside the besieged Gaza Strip.
