Health Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar discussed on Saturday 08/10/2022 with Founder of San Donato Hospitals Kamal Al-Gharibi and his accompanying delegation cooperation in the health sector.
Abdel Ghaffar reviewed Egypt’s efforts to improve the health sector by launching initiatives and campaigns across the country for all ages, Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the Health Ministry’s spokesman, said.
The meeting tackled establishing a training center for medical teams in Port Said governorate as well as holding training courses for doctors in all specialties and nursing staff under the supervision of globally trained cadres.
The minister also briefed San Donato’s delegation on available investment opportunities in health projects, which are currently being established nationwide.
Founded in 1957, San Donato Hospital Group is one of the first hospital groups in Europe and the first in Italy. It includes 18 hospitals, including three research hospitals (Clinic San Donato, Hospital San Raffaele and Orthopedic Institute Galeazzi), its total number of beds is 5,169.
