Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, HE Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, on the success of the 2023 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.

HE Al Musallam expressed his pride in the Kingdom’s hosting of this global sporting event, which confirms Bahrain’s position among countries as an annual sports and tourist destination since its inception in 2004, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

HE Al Musallam highlighted that the race confirms global confidence in Bahrain’s capabilities to host major sporting events.
