HEBRON: Israeli colonists this evening began the groundwork for a new illegal colonial outpost in the northern Jordan Valley.

Motaz Bisharat, an official in Tubas governorate, said that a group of colonists set up a colonial outpost to the east of road 60 near Ain al-Hilweh community.
