GAZA: The Israeli military, in its ground offensive in Gaza, desecrated today several cemeteries in the city of Khan Youins, south of the Gaza Strip, according to local sources.
Israeli tanks and military vehicles bulldozed and destroyed gravestones and overturning soil in Bani Suhaila cemetery, east of Khan Youins, digging up graves in several cemeteries in Khan Youins.
The destruction of a cemetery is reported to be in conflict with the Rome Statute, the 1998 treaty that established the International Criminal Court to adjudicate war crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity and crimes of aggression.
