NABLUS: Israeli occupation forces issued stop-building orders today and initiated the removal of mobile homes used by residents in the village of Furush Beit Dajan, to the northeast of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

Aazem Hajj Mohammad, the head of the Furush Beit Dajan village council, said Israeli occupation forces broke the village earlier today and began distributing stop-building notices for several houses and orders for the removal of mobile homes in the village. The raid is reported to be ongoing.

This latest incident follows previous demolitions carried out by the occupation forces in the village a few weeks ago, targeting homes and structures. Furthermore, the village has recently received numerous demolition notices and stop-building orders.

Israel virtually prohibits construction in areas classified as Area C of the occupied West Bank, under full Israeli military and civilian control, leaving indigenous Palestinian communities with little options for construction t
o accommodate the natural population growth.
