Israeli settlers Wednesday attacked Palestinian farmers in the village of Um Safa, northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah. Marwan Sabbah, head of the Um Safa village council, told WAFA that dozens of Israeli settlers stoned the farmers in the village’s southern area under protection from Israeli forces. No injuries were reported, however. Sabbah added that the villagers confronted the settlers.
