Jordan News Agency organises AI course in its offices

The Training Centre of the Jordan News Agency is holding a three-day training course entitled “Employing Artificial Intelligence in Journalism and Media Work.” The course, which started Sunday, would familiarise journalists with the latest developments in the digital world, urging them to use and improve artificial intelligence tools in journalistic work. The course includes defining generative artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence tools and the capabilities of artificial intelligence in journalism and media. The Director of Institutional Development and Training in the agency, Jamil Baramawi, said Petra “is keen to keep pace with the development in digital technology and the uses of AI in media.”
