Kasr Al Ainy Faculty of Medicine recorded an advanced position in global rankings, said Cairo University President Mohamed Othman el Khesht.
Khesht, meanwhile, attributed this achievement to the significant increase in internationally published research, in addition to the qualitative leap that the university has achieved during the past years in international academic and administrative accreditation.
He also pointed out to the university’s strategic plan to turn into a fourth-generation global smart university, which mainly focuses on providing high quality academic programs governed by international and local standards.
Earlier, Khesht announced that the National Authority for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation renewed accreditation of the Faculty of Medicine for the third time in a row.
