KUALA LUMPUR, March 19 (KUNA) — Ambassador Ahmad Al-Wuhaib submitted his credentials on Sunday as Kuwait’s first non-resident ambassador to Cook Islands, to the King’s Representative Sir Tom Marsters.

In a statement to KUNA, ambassador Al-Wuhaib said that he conveyed to the King’s representative the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and his Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The Kuwaiti diplomat stressed the importance of developing ties between the two countries. (end) aab.ahm
