Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati welcomed, at the Grand Serail on Monday, Qatar’s Ambassador to Lebanon, Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.Following the meeting, the diplomat told reporters that he invited Mikati to attend the Doha Forum, which will be held on December 10-11.
