Amman: Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Makram Qaisi said that Jordan is an ideal tourism destination for travelers of all ages all year round.
During interviews at the Berlin International Tourism Bourse (ITB Berlin), taking place from March 7th to 9th in Germany, the minister underscored the importance of including local experiences and dishes in tourist tours of archeological sites, which, in turn, also benefits local community members.
This year, the ITB Berlin brought together some 120 countries under one roof to learn about each other’s tourism sites and potentially sign cooperation agreements.
