Muscat, SANA-The Diplomatic Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates signed a memorandum of understanding with its Omani counterpart, in the Omani capital, Muscat.
The MoU was signed on the Syrian side by the Director of the Diplomatic Institute, Ambassador Imad Mustafa, and on the Omani side, Dr. Zainab bint Ali al- Qasimia
Ambassador Mustafa discussed ,in a meeting, with Omani officials the bilateral relations, and several issues and topics of common interest.
