The National Council for Women (NCW) renewed its pledge to continue its tremendous efforts to combat human trafficking which violates human rights and many women and girls suffer from it.

The council said in a statement on Friday on the occasion of the 2021 World Day against Trafficking in Persons which marks July 30 every year that the political leadership pays a great attention to protecting the women and offering a safe environment for them in order not to be victims of this crime.

The NCW receives human trafficking-related complaints via its hotline 15115 to take the necessary procedures.
