A Palestinian worker was injured by Israeli gunfire today near the Israeli segregation barrier in the occupied West Bank province of Qalqilia, according to local sources. The worker was in his way to his workplace inside Israel. Israeli occupation soldiers chased the worker and fired a live shot at him injuring him in the foot as soon as he approached the segregation barrier, the sources said. He was moved to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
