Amman: The Public Security Department (PSD) has released crucial information regarding the country’s most wanted individuals in drug cases. These fugitives, linked to international and regional drug smuggling networks, have been declared armed and extremely dangerous, having already been sentenced in absentia by the State Security Court.

This significant move by the authorities aims to curb the growing menace of drug trafficking that poses a serious threat to national and regional security, as well as public safety. The individuals, currently believed to be hiding in desert border areas, are notorious for their involvement in importing, storing, and distributing narcotic substances, and their deep connections with drug dealers and smugglers, particularly along the northeastern borders of Jordan.

The Department’s statement emphasizes the high-risk nature of these individuals and warns the public against any form of support, including harboring or covering up for these criminals. Urging public cooperation, th
e PSD asks citizens to report any information regarding these individuals or their criminal activities, stressing the significant threat they pose to national security and public safety.

The list of the eight most dangerous individuals, along with their detailed profiles, marks a proactive step by the Jordanian authorities in their fight against drug trafficking:

Nahari Khalaf Ali Al-Hazzaa (Born 1996): Facing 17 arrest warrants and 11 security records for various offenses including drug importation, trafficking, and association with international drug cartels. Sentenced in absentia to 15 and 20-year terms in prison.

Ali Nawaf Ali (Born 1982): Subject to 28 arrest warrants and 15 security records for similar offenses. He has been sentenced in absentia to 15 and 20-year terms in prison.

Mithqal Ma’an Fahd Al-Ghayath (Born 1981): With 11 arrest warrants and 19 security records, his crimes include drug trafficking and premeditated murder. He has received two 15-year prison sentences in absentia.

Saud Obaid
Mikhlif Al-Ghayath (Born 1988): He is linked to 8 arrest warrants and 6 security records, including drug trafficking and firearms violations. Sentenced in absentia to two 15-year prison terms.

Melhem Khalaf Ali Al-Hazza (Born 1998): Has 7 arrest warrants and 5 security records for crimes including drug trafficking and terrorism. He has been sentenced in absentia to a 15-year prison term.

Abdul Karim Suleiman Saghir Al-Ghiyath (Born 1986): Linked to 9 arrest warrants and 4 security records, his criminal activities include drug trafficking and arms offenses. He has received a 15-year prison sentence in absentia.

Ayed Hussein Ayed Al-Ghayath (Born 1981): Facing 14 arrest warrants and 29 security records for various offenses including drug trafficking and weapons manufacturing. He has been sentenced in absentia to two 15-year terms in prison.

Trad Nayef Ali (Born 1983): Linked to 15 arrest warrants and 8 security records for crimes including drug trafficking. He has received several sentences in absentia, amo
unting to 15 and 20 years in prison.
