RAS AL KHAIMAH: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, mourned the passing of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the late Emir of Kuwait, extending his condolences to the people of Kuwait.
The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah declared a three-day mourning period, starting today, with the flag flown at half-mast at all local departments in the emirate.
