Moscow-Russia reaffirmed its continued support for Syria in the humanitarian aid file.
“Delivering Russian humanitarian aid to Syria is continuously done,” Novosti news agency quoted the Russian President’s Special Representative for the Middle East and African Countries, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, as saying on Wednesday.
He added that the Russian delegations that visit Syria constantly provide support and assistance to it.
In response to a question about whether work is currently underway to supply new quantities of Russian wheat to Syria, Bogdanov said that everything is being done properly.
