Russian forces advance four km and establish control over more towns

Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Ministry announced on Friday that Russian forces advanced another 4 km during the last night and captured more towns.

Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov, said in a media briefing on Friday that the Russian forces advanced last night for a distance of four km and captured the towns of Batmanka, Mikhailovkoe, Krasny Partizan, Stalvki and Tar Yaskoye, and are currently continuing their attack towards the 25th Land Division of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Konashenkov added that on Thursday, a fuel base in Kalinovka town, on the outskirts of Kyiv, was targeted with precision-guided cruise missiles with a naval base, destroying the last large fuel base of the Ukrainian armed forces, which was refueling military units in the central section of Ukraine.

Konashenkov added that a group of ‘night hunters’ consisting of Ka-52 and Mi-28N helicopters destroyed in night raids 24 combat equipment, including seven tanks, five personnel carriers and three armored vehicles.
