President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Monday witnessed the handover ceremony of the Police Academy students during the graduation of a new batch of police cadets.
The first ranked students of this year’s batch handed over the Police Academy flag to the senior students of the academy and chanted the slogan of the academy “science, moral and duty”.
