SHARJAH: H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Vice Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), took part in a shooting event for SEC members organised by the Sharjah Government Employees Club (SGEC) in collaboration with the Sharjah Police Science Academy.

Before the start of the shooting event at the academy’s smart indoor shooting range, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed and the attendees received an explanation about the range and its advanced equipment, which matches the best international standards. The range hosts police and sports events, using various types of weapons and offering over 900 training scenarios that simulate real-life situations. After receiving instructions on shooting techniques, weapon handling, safety procedures, and sequential shooting steps, the Vice Chairman participated in pistol shooting.

The event was attended by Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of Sharjah Ruler’s Office; Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of De
partment of Statistics and Community Development; Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of Districts Affairs Department, and a number of members of the SEC.
