Syria regains its international, regional position, Czech journalist says

Prague, Despite the challenges facing Syria including the Western unilateral coercive measures imposed on it, Syria has begun to regain its international and regional position, and it has been witnessing a recovery in many sectors, Czech academician and journalist, Lenka Kabrhelova has affirmed.

 

In a lecture entitled” Syria is recovering” at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Olomouc City University on Monday evening, Kabrhelova hailed Syria’s deep-rooted civilization which is embodied by Palmyra’s ruins, Krak des Chevaliers, and many other archeological sites in Syria.

 

Kabrhelova also talked about her visit to Syria last September, saying that she was received with generosity and hospitality by the Syrian people, who affirmed during their meetings with her that they are committed to their homeland and they hope that the future will be better.
