Syrian-Russian Navy units conduct drills offshore Tartous

Tartous, SANA-Units of the Syrian and Russian navy conducted on Thursday joint tactical drills offshore Tartous port.

“The drills have been carried out on several phases that came in the framework of implementing the main circles of the practical measures to face attacks on the sea port,” SANA reporter quoted a field source as saying.

More than 400 soldiers from the Syrian and Russian armed forces, including those who work in Syria and in the Black Sea navy took part in the drills with the participation of 5 ships and Two Su-35 planes.
