Damascus, SANA-Several Women say “What can my vote do” when participating in elections, but when they better select and perform their role in a studied image, a lot can be achieved in all aspects of life, whether in relation to them or to society in general.
So woman has to take her role as a voter who has the right to vote, select or as a nominee and winner in elections.
In this regard, institutions and bodies in Syria seek to achieve a remarkable woman participation in the local councils’ elections to boost social responsibility and make active response to her presence in the social, political and developmental domains.
Based on that, campaign of “You can… You deserve” has begun in the country.
Elections of Local Councils are set on September 18,2022.
